Vacuum infusion

Vacuum infusion is the use of under-pressure in the laminating process for better and uniform distribution of resin on dry reinforcement.

We use proper resin types in the vacuum infusion process, which ensure required properties to the manufactured products, e.g. high temperature resistance, proper combustion and smoke properties or electrostatic, mechanical, etc. parameters and proper resin distribution in vacuum conditions. In this process, special mats/fabrics are used, whose properties and structure facilitate their soaking with resins.

We use vacuum infusion primarily for the manufacturing of large-sized, complex products in terms of a shape, requiring high quality.

This technology is used for the manufacturing of, for instance, the following products:

  • In the aviation industry
  • Railway
  • Manufacturing of yachts, motor boats
  • In the automotive industry.
